  • Perishable food items are not eligible for return once opened, except in cases of damage or defect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used food products.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special discounts.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
